About the Author
Jeanne M. Schueller is on the faculty
at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She earned her Ph.D. in German with a
specialization in second language acquisition from the
University of
Wisconsin-Madison.
Her areas of research include gender and strategy use in language learning,
technology in L2 classes, and film as authentic input. She teaches German
language, linguistics, and pedagogy courses, coordinates the first- and
second-year German language program, and supervises teaching assistants.
