Focus Returns Policy
All returns must:
~Be in saleable condition
~Have been ordered directly from Focus Publishing
~Returned within 1 year from date of purchase
~Must include chargeback paperwork referencing original invoice #
And be sent prepaid shipping to:

No cash, check or charge refunds. No prior permission is required for returns meeting the above conditions. All other returns require written approval. Canadian stores especially are encouraged to seek extensions rather than return books that might be resold. Focus does not pay the cost of shipping on returns.
All Audio Videos, CDs and CD-ROMs cannot be returned once they are opened.
Desk & Examination Copies (inside US/Canada)
All are welcome to request sample pages if they are not available online.
Desk copies are available upon request to qualified educators with class sizes larger than 8 students who have adopted a Focus text for a current or future course.
Examination Copies are available for all instructors wishing to examine books for possible adoption. Exceptions are: Videos, Audio CDs, CD-ROMs and other multimedia products. Those items must be purchased.
Answer keys/Instructor's manuals are available only to qualified instructors who have adopted a book for their course(s).
Requests must be submitted on departmental letterhead or via departmental fax or phone. Course adoption will be verified before answer keys or instructor's materials are sent.

Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping charges are FOB Fitchburg, MA 01420. Shipping Charges are based on the quantity of books ordered and shipping method. Book orders ship via UPS Ground or comparable unless the customer wants to provide for an alternate shipper. Focus will accept UPS or Fed Ex Collect numbers at time of order. Books are F.O.B. Fitchburg Massachusetts.
Invoices
Invoices are mailed to the customer’s “bill to” addressed that is supplied at the time of order. All invoices are mailed after the books have shipped and include Purchase Order numbers, Pricing and S&H Fees if applicable. If at any time you require a copy of your invoice via email or fax, or have a customer service related issue concerning your invoice, please contact us Kerri Wetherbee, Sales & Customer Relations Manager via email at orders@pullins.com.
